Refund and Return Policy

Refunds:
We are unable to offer refunds once an order is confirmed and payment is processed.

Returns:
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the damaged item for assessment.
